El Borracho (134) 1st of 5 in a 16.5f Handicap chase at Worcester on good going. (Runner up has won well since) That was his chase debut so he should improve and looks to have a good chance here to follow up.

COOLE WELL (130) Won a 4 runner chase at Southwell in May, 16f soft. Ran to a similar level when 4th of 5 at Newton Abbot the last day, 16f good. Stays 18f, can play up at the start.

ISOLATE (-) Makes his chase debut here. Won a 16f novice hurdle at Leicester in November on soft ground. Has been below that form since, including last time when 3rd of 8 in a hurdle race at Market Rasen, 19f good ground.

SCARDURA (131) 3rd of 5 in a 16f chase at Newton Abbot on good going 18 days ago. That was his first race back after a breathing operation so should come on for it. Jumping can be sketchy.

ESKENDASH (134) 2nd of 6 in a 17f chase at Ayr on good going in April, hasn’t run since. Acts on good to firm and soft ground. Tends to get placed a lot and may be hard to win with.

ATLANTIC STORM (132) Won a 5 runner handicap chase, 17f soft, over C&D in May. A couple of pounds off that form 21 days ago when 2nd of 7 in a similar race at Southwell over 16f on good going. Likes it here and should run well.

BLAZER (126?) Was 7th of 17 in a 24f chase at Listowel last September on soft ground. Well below that form after. Has left Willie Mullins and has his 1st run for Ben Haslam today.

THECRAICISNINETY (137?) 2nd of 13 in a 20f chase at Kilbeggan in June last year on good going. 3rd of 11 in an 18f chase at the Galway festival a month later on soft ground. Has been well below that form on 2 outings since moving to Jonjo O’Neill in May.
