THE FLYING GINGER (100) Improved form latest when winning an 8f handicap at Pontefract 11 days ago. Carries a 6lb penalty today. Acts on good and soft going. Stays 8f well beaten in a listed race over 10f, but was a 50/1 shot.

JARAMILLO (99+) Won a novice stakes over 10f at Leicester in April, didn’t progress when 4th of 5 in a 10f handicap at Salisbury 49 days ago. Has been gelded since. Still open to improvement. A dark horse here, the market may be the best guide.

BUXTED TOO (99) Decent 4th in an 8f handicap at Sandown 19 days ago, should be suited by 10f, stable is in form so has an eachway chance. (4th 8/1)
