1. Okita Soushi (IRE) – A smart horse with recent success, back up in trip which shouldn’t be an issue. Likely to put up a bold show.
2. French Claim (FR) – A smart colt with a respectable record in previous races. Has a good record when fresh, so the 6-month break may not be a significant concern.
3. Oriental Eagle (GER) – Although coming off a nearly 3-year break, this horse has shown potential in past races. In capable hands, and could surprise if well-being is not an issue.
