Based on the provided information, the horses can be ranked as follows based on total ratings:
- Razzam (332.9)
- Overnight Oats (310.3)
- Tallulah Myla (307.8)
- Absolutelyflawless (304.4)
- Ignac Lamar (290.5)
Razzam tops the list based on total ratings, and recent performance backs this up. Despite being beaten in all four of his runs, he’s had a couple of close calls, including a clear personal best on his handicap debut at Newcastle. With a total rating of 332.9, Razzam seems to be the most likely contender for the win, especially given he’s open to more progress.
Overnight Oats, with a total rating of 310.3, is second on the list. However, he has a mixed record and was disappointing at this track in his last run. His record now stands at 0-8, which makes him less convincing despite the high rating.
Third is Tallulah Myla with a rating of 307.8. She showed significant improvement at 6f on her handicap/seasonal debut when she won at Chelmsford. Although she didn’t do well under a penalty at Kempton, she had a tough draw. She still looks feasibly treated on her penultimate form and has good claims if she can get back in the groove.
Absolutelyflawless is fourth with a rating of 304.4. However, she needs a major revival back up in trip. She won the Lily Agnes at Chester last May, taking her record to 2-2, but has regressed since and was tailed off at Nottingham on her return last month.
Ignac Lamar is fifth with a rating of 290.5. He won over C&D last August and doubled his tally when landing a Southwell handicap in January. However, his form has cooled back here last month, and he’s still 3lb higher than his last success. He looks vulnerable to less exposed types.
Looking beyond the ratings, Miss American Pie and Due Date deserve mention. Miss American Pie hasn’t been seen since her debut win at Windsor, but she still has plenty of potential, and the step up in trip should suit her. Due Date has shown promise over the course and distance and at Kempton in his two runs this spring. He should have more to offer now switched to handicapping and is an interesting contender.
