ABUNDANCE (6.5/10) – In-form, improving but quick turnaround. Won back-to-back at Lingfield and Newbury over similar trips, and while the Newbury win was decisive, this race comes just one day later, which is a concern. Respected on form but quick reappearance raises a question.

DAPPER GEE GEE (5/10) – Best on softer, late closer. Did win here two runs ago in a soft-ground event at a big price but failed to build on that at Wolverhampton. Could find this too tactical and possibly wants more ease underfoot. Has to settle and hope others underperform.
