Chemdawg (4/1) is the main danger. The ratings have him top and his recent form says he’s consistent in these handicaps, including a Clonmel heavy third behind Finnicky Filly. He’s not flashy, but he keeps going — and that’s often enough when others cry enough two out.
Finnicky Filly (9/2) has the winning proof — she won here on heavy in December — but she’s a risk.
