This looks a typical Class 5 puzzle on the surface, but the combination of HRB ratings and Comment Shaper points us towards a fairly disciplined approach.

Harswell Ruby is the obvious saver. He’s consistent and arrives in form, but his mid-division style leaves him slightly hostage to how the race unfolds. American State is progressive but tactically inconsistent, which is a concern in a race likely decided by positioning.

In short, this is a race where the top-rated runner has both the form and tactical setup in his favour.
