He returns off a solid reappearance second and, crucially, is the only confirmed front runner in the field. Around Musselburgh’s sharp 7f, that is a major advantage. If allowed to dictate, he could prove very hard to peg back.

However, it’s not entirely risk-free. Comment Shaper highlights a strong pace scenario with moderate collapse risk, and Master Richard has a habit of weakening late. That brings Abduction firmly into the picture.
